this past summer was to busy for me… i was not able to blog a lot or even to concentrate  on a right way … but  time is back

i am starting to Diet  this time i should be focus on my wight i am not happy from the food style i am on .

i had a hard time with my wordpress password after upgreading .. but now it’s fixed , thats why i couldn’t update my blog ..

right now every thing looks fine and back working .. i do enjoy posting and i love wordpress..
