Cup of Green Tea
i have never been a green tea Drinker or a lover in original i am a coffee lady that never end here day without 6-7 mugs of coffee with a whitener .
the past two days i start to find out about green tea it was just an idea pass in my mind and i desid to give it a try i have been looking on the net what is good
type how and where should this tea grow and what will help to lose weight .
at that time i have found Sierra site she is a lady who lost 170 pounds on green tea and ome who lost wight on some diet and more drinks of green tea .
she was using o-cha green tea she order it from japan , and today i am Placing my first order with them.
i will be updating my diet and weight lose info and some photos of my order as it come in ….

I love green tea too, after a full meal, drinking green tea will make digestion faster. If i have little meals and drink green tea, ended up I will feel hungry quickly.
