Trvelling with your little ones abroad this summer?
Here are some top tips to help the journey go by as smoothly as possible …
- Always put children into their pajamas when it’s time to sleep.It will make the situation more normal for them .
- Try to mimic their normal pre-sleep routine on board the aircraft, for instance, reading them a story or giving them warm milk .
- pack their favorite teddy bear or doll for comfort.
- If you’re flying to a destination with a big time difference, allow two days when you get home to give your children time to get back on your country time and to there normal routine before they return to nursery or school…
