my friend is so bored of cereal and milk for my breakfast,what i did suggest
is to try mixing usual cereal with a fruit and a low -fat yogurt instead of milk.
it brings a completely different taste and feel to your breakfast and will help you feeling fuller for longer,too.
plus, seasonal fruits make for ever -changing flavors.

1 1/2 pounds broccoli, fresh
2 cups water
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornstarch, mixed with 1 cup cold water
1 pint half and half
1 pound Velveeta
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Steam or boil broccoli until tender.
Place half−and−half and 2 cups water in top of double boiler.
Add cheese, salt and pepper. Heat until cheese is melted.
Add broccoli. Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl.
Stir into cheese mixture in double boiler and heat over
simmering water until soup thickens.

My husband is a big meat eater,so when he out of town, I try to cut back on meat and make this hearty chili. It’s very quick and easy.
1 can hot chili beans
1 can black beans
1 can mexican stewed tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 chunky salsa
1/2 cup coarsley chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 tbsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. chili powder
4 tbsp. sour cream
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Direction:
In a large saucepan combine the first nine ingredients. Bring to a boil . Reduce heat : cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Top each serving with sour cream and cheese.

I first made this recipe one day when I decided I didn’t enjoy making pizza crust, I just put the pizza in a bowl instead.
1 pound ground beef
1 can beans
1 can pizza sauce
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauces
1 1/2 cup of water
1 package sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tsp. pizza seasoning
1 tsp. salt
shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
Direction:
In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. drain . Stir in the beans , pizza sauce , tomato sauce, tomatoes, water, pepperoni, green pepper, pizza seasoning, and salt. Bring to boil.
Reduce the heat: simmer,uncovered, fro 30 mints. or until chili reaches desired thickness, sprinkle with cheese if desired .
