I first made this recipe one day when I decided I didn’t enjoy making pizza crust, I just put the pizza in a bowl instead.
1 pound ground beef
1 can beans
1 can pizza sauce
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauces
1 1/2 cup of water
1 package sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tsp. pizza seasoning
1 tsp. salt
shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
Direction:
In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. drain . Stir in the beans , pizza sauce , tomato sauce, tomatoes, water, pepperoni, green pepper, pizza seasoning, and salt. Bring to boil.
Reduce the heat: simmer,uncovered, fro 30 mints. or until chili reaches desired thickness, sprinkle with cheese if desired .

My friends and family are always ready
to dig in when I serve this healthy soup,
It’s so creamy and comforting.
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
1 can cream style corn
2 cups milk
1 package cheese cubed
D irection:
In a large sauce pan saute the green pepper , onion, garlic, in butter until tender . Stir in the soup corn, milk, cream, cheese, and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring freguently, Reduce the heat simmer , uncovered for 5 minutes, or until the cream cheese is melted.

This easy to make soup is wonderful with crusty Italian bread and the tomato mozzarella basil salad. Beat of all, its the perfect amount for two of us.
1 cup uncooked peanne pasta
1 package ready to used chicken breast
4 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained and sliced
3 fresh rosemary springs choped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1-1/2 cups reduced sodium chcken broth
3/4 cup alfredo sauce
3 tbsp.prepared pesto
2 tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
1 tbsp.shredded parmesan cheee
Direction:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan saute the chicken , spinach, red peppers, rosemary,garlic powder, and pepper in butteruntil spinach is wilted. Stir in the broth, Alfredo sauce and pesto, cook for 4-5 minutes or until heated through, Drain pasta and add to the soup. Sprinkle with pine nuts and parmesan cheese.
